Right of Withdrawal Instruction

Legal Notice: This is a non-binding convenience translation of our Right of Withdrawal Instruction. In case of discrepancies between the English and German versions, the German version is legally binding.

I. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Enzinger Steuerberatung GmbH, Herrengasse 13, 8010 Graz, +43 316 838734, office@enzinger-stb.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

II. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
If you have requested that services commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of your withdrawal, in relation to the total scope of services agreed upon in the contract.
